We look forward to seeing you at the stand (Pod 8.1B45.4B) of the 4YFN Mobile World Congress 2023 during the 1st and 2nd of March, at the Spain Pavilion, where we will present our innovative mortar Bio-EcoMatter with a total replacement of cement and sand, with patented formula, manufactured from agro-industrial waste. In addition, Bio-EcoMatter is the winner of the Metabuilding project (funded by the European Union with funds Horizon 2020). It has a wide variety of applications: construction material, mortar coating, decoration and masonry, and material for 3D printing. With Bio-EcoMatter we achieve a saving in manufacturing costs between 20-40% compared to traditional mortar, a weight reduction of 30% and double the performance in terms of m² in the laying works. In addition, 1 tonne of CO2 emissions is avoided for each tonne of cement replaced, saving between 50-60% of water and up to 90% of energy.
The product has a national and European patent, has been validated in laboratory and in real buildings, we have developed the Life Cycle Analysis and the material is in Revit thanks to the implementation of BIM technology.
